Away from the airport, close to subway station by walking 10mins. Accesible and easy to find

The location It was so dirty, they had dust from the roof, there were a lot of hairs in the shower, and even though we told them the situation, it was still dirty

The accommodations were generally quite pleasant; the room was well-appointed with reliable Wi-Fi and all the essential amenities. I had a very disappointing stay characterized by poor communication and unprofessional management. The hotel entrance is difficult to locate as it does not match the photos online. Upon arrival, the staff struggled to communicate in English, relying on inaccurate translation apps. I am particularly concerned about data privacy; the staff took multiple photos of my personal documents using several different private smartphones. Furthermore, despite paying in person via credit card, the hotel incorrectly marked me as a "no-show" on Booking.com while I was actually staying in the room. This caused significant confusion and administrative hassle. Between the communication barriers, the lack of professional document handling, and the booking errors, I cannot recommend this property.

Pleasant hotel, clean rooms, polite staff. The rooms are not very spacious. The room was cool and quite humid. The toilet flush was very loud. You can hear what’s happening in the corridors.

The property is very easy to find and very conveniently located close to a Metro station and many restaurants. My inability to speak the local language was not at all a hindrance. Xaio Meng and Xiao Yang were able to communicate in English and was very helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, well maintained with exceptional value for money.

Every aspect is very good. The hotel not only has coffee and a bar, but also has a large public area on the third floor, which is very suitable for office work. It is also close to the subway and there are many delicious foods nearby. Highly recommended!!!
