Location is perfect, hotel very clean and entertainment people are great, super fun will make you feel very welcome. Sad to say management team it’s not the same, we had an inconvenience with hotel and booking.com which was never resolved and hotel management did not provide any solution Receptionist not helpful and wifi doesn’t reach to the rooms every day you get a new password which only works at the reception area

1. The staff: they were very nice and helpful (Mr. Emad, Ehab from the pool bar, and all the restaurant ) 2. The food was good mostly ( breakfast is perfect ) 3. The pool is amazinnngggg 4. The capri beach is amazing for a sandy beach to swim 1. The rooms was sooo old need innovation 2. There was a situation that we went to the beach one day fees free, then the next day we were asked to pay 250L.E per person to go to the same beach that was weird but after talking to the management they cancelled the requested fees

I am very happy with my vacation. I had a pleasant vacation. First of all, the place is quiet and comfortable. My room overlooked the swimming pool. I had an excellent time. The service is excellent. The staff is polite and helpful. The cleanliness is top notch. I am happy with my stay at Coral Hills and I highly recommend it. The entertainment provided a fun atmosphere, activities, aqua gym, games and parties. The whole team is helpful and polite. I am happy with my stay at Coral Hills and I highly recommend it. Too much chlorine in pools, very bad taste of juice, bad smell in room and lobby bar closed very early in 11 pm.

Pool is nice. Some of the staff were very helpful. There is a complimentary shuttle to nearby beaches. Food is a decent selection, but not enough tables and difficult to get assistance. Toaster broken. Hot water for tea/coffee often empty. Room was old and dirty. Mattress was visibly caved in. Had to ask 3 times before they changed it. Booked a room with a pool view and didn't get one. No compensation offered, just "hotel is full". Fridge was broken and they wouldn't fix it. Will definitely never go back.

Breakfast wasn't great. The rooms are old, dingy and there's mold in bathrooms They weren't super clean either
