Best stay on our road trip. Communication with the staff is mostly by text, but they were helpful and flexible. The Indian food available to order for dinner was just what we needed, and the price was a total steal.

On the other hand, being a bed and breakfast I was expecting breakfast to be a bit better tasting. Breakfast is included in your stay. They provide fruit, yogurt, granola, juice, coffee, and toast. You get to also choose one main entree served with a side of potatoes. The main entree rotates so it's different daily. Overall breakfast could definitely be improved taste wise, but it's very convenient and nice of them to do this. Another downfall was the temperature in the main lobby/ dining area. They ran it hot in there and if you needed to get ice (they don't have ice machines, so they provide buckets of ice) it was all melted. This happened twice. Minor complaints!

We experienced an issue with the toilet in the room immediately after checking in and the staff was wonderful. It was a total one off, nothing they could have predicted and they were so great throughout the whole issue, communicating frequently and working with us to ensure we found a solution that worked for everyone. It was incredibly hot during our stay but the room A/C kept the whole cabin cool and was whisper quiet. It was a nice treat to have breakfast brought to your room each morning, though our family was not a fan of some of the dishes. Things to know about the stay: when they say there are no services, there are no services. You pretty much have to make the trek to Redding if you need anything. Also, this particular room, the treehouse cabin, is on stilts. This is way cool, and lends so much privacy to the room. It does, however, mean the room sways a bit, which may bother some guests. We were not bothered by it at all. Wonderful staff, lovely view, clean spacious room. All and all an excellent stay.

All good. Breakfast timing should be increased. Limited Parking lot. Should add Electric charging station.

The property was so peaceful! The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. I would gladly go back anytime.

We had a great stay. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was great and the breakfast was delicious and allowed for relaxed, unhurried mornings.
-
Very helpful and supportive staff with attention to the details. The setting was very quiet, and the room comfortable and clean. Dinner options provided, and complimentary breakfast. Overall, an excellent experience.

The room was well equipped with a very spacious bathroom. The grounds were attractive and the property is surrounded by trees. The breakfast was excellent with room service provided.

I had a one night stay but room was very small. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean, no issues in regards to that. The staff was very friendly. Not sure what breakfast was like I left early.

Great place to stay. Our go-to spot when visiting Burney Falls.

Peaceful sitting area outside the room and breakfast delivered daily.

Our 2nd time back and we plan on coming back again and again! A secluded spot in the forest. A great place for some R&R. Friendly, helpful and responsive staff.
