Courtyard by Marriott Kansas City Shawnee

The room was very clean and quite. I thought it was odd to get a knock midmorning to ask when we were planning to check out.

Passable

I liked how easy it was to check in. I also liked the breakfast facility that was in the front lobby. The staff was very friendly. Everything was perfect.

Very clean. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were all super friendly and courteous. The bistro was accommodating and offered free coffee refills. Wish they could have had a hot tub with the pool, but that’s a minor inconvenience.

Shower could of been cleaner. No free breakfast you had to purchase. Pillows was way to soft otherwise nice place to stay. New carpets in halls and rooms.

Our room appeared clean. However, there were small ants crawling on the desk in our room when we checked in at about 10 at night. Upon checkout the next morning,I mentioned this to the desk attendant who appeared less than concerned. I killed about two dozen ants before retiring for the night.

I enjoyed the breakfast and cookies but the property just seems a bit run down, the smell is musky and the beds seem worn down.

Pool didn’t amount to anything, but everything else was excellent.

Good price especially during World Cup to visit Kansas City. A bit of a drive but not bad!

Very clean staff very friendly. Bed comfortable television great with many channels. Coffee maker and refrigerator in the room. Free breakfast would have been nice.

Missed not having a breakfast offering. Room price lowest in the area. Quiet location off the freeway. Room was very spacious and bed was comfortable. Would stay again.

The only thing that could be improved upon was the water flow in the shower…the stream was too sharp…felt like needles…needs to be softer…other than that the stay was very nice
