It was very quiet and there were very few guests so we had a lovely night's sleep. The bus stop was outside the hotel to the centre so it was convenient. Amenities nearby such as Tesco Express and a few cafés and takeaways nearby. We couldn't figure out if the tap had hot water on the sink so we had to use the kettle for a shave. A 40 minute walk to the centre which was fine but unfortunately the buses to the centre weren't as frequent. The road was being resurfaced but that wasn't down to the hotel.

Location, comfortable beds, quiet, friendly accommodating staff. Stayed 3:nights with older teen daughters while attending Tramlines. Great to have a bit of luxury and peace away from the festival site with takeaways & a Tesco Express within a couple of minutes walk Somebody standing outside bay window late at night on one night. As on ground floor, kept windows closed for security so room became stuffy with no fans or aircon in this hot summer. A fan would have sufficed

They went above what was expected and exceeded our expectations. They were accommodating to our time needs , comfy beds , clean and little extras of bottled water , plenty of coffee/tea sachets were very welcome after travelling There was nothing to change , fully satisfied with our stay
