We liked everything about the property. The staff were lovely, the food was 5 star and the rooms were beautiful. I can’t say there was anything to complain about

Lovely building No disability access at all. I had to go up two flights of stairs which I struggled with. Also could do with grab rails in the bathroom near the shower

The best thing about this hotel are the STAFF and location for us as we were close to my family etc. Nothing is ever too much trouble and the staff are an asset to the company. They are friendly, warm and helpful, eg. bringing heavy cases up to help etc and so polite. tired room, needed updating small touches like the bulb in the bathroom mirror didn’t work. The fan was sticky and also the button to change the settings was broken. The shower doors were off the hinges and the bathroom lighting was awful. No biscuits in the room. Window held up in place by a towel.

Lovely room, great staff and good food It was a very hot day, the window could only open a little bit and only a fan, no air conditioning. Therefore the room was extremely hot at night

Evening meal when we arrived on Friday night was fantastic. Far exceeded our expectations. Delicious! Booked a family room to include a teenager. Room was a great size, the pull out bed was a double and still spacious. Also, all staff were super helpful and friendly. We think our room may have been above the kitchens as there was a noisy fan/extractor. However the size of the room (family room to include a teenager) was larger and more comfortable than many hotels we have stayed in, so we were more than happy.

Pleasant staff good value for money, you get a Hotel, pub, al fresco dining all in one. My room faced side road above 2 big extractor fans, the wood framed windows would not shut fully and the noise disturbed sleep plus the early morning traffic noise. Get the sandpaper out!!!

Location,Spa and Food was great. We was put in a loft family room next to a couple who kept us awake all night, Reception said at 1am they would go and tell them to keep the noise down and never did. The lift was also broke during our stay.
