Location We view three rooms because they were not properly cleaned. One room had what look like fecal matter on the bed. When we asked for clean linens; the front desk rep was nice to change them herself but mentioned that someone had popped all over the bed. There was no smell and outside of the bed issues; it was cleaner than the others. She did fuss because she said, she had had numerous complaint about dirty linens. That whole experience impacted my rest and even though we paid for breakfast; we didn’t feel comfortable after the the numerous reported issues.

Honestly never heard of the EVEN brand, but booked it because it was close to my meeting. Really liked it. Large room with a spacious desk area. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great shower. I don't normally use hotel gyms, but did get a 15 minute workout in the room. Nice touch. I will be on the lookout for more of this brand.

I didn't eat the breakfast. I don't know how it was. The rooms are nice and the showers are great. A/C works great. Fan will run all night long without any restrictions. Can only see the TV from one bed in the double queen. We spent the night here while we were going to Blissful Waters Float Center. This place was close to the Woodland's Mall. I think the shower heads need to be scrubbed. The flow of water in the smaller shower head is really hard on the body. A good stiff brush would help them a whole lot.

The hotel looks modern and was clean overall. The exercise equipment in the room is a plus! Parking was free and easy. There was a bar downstairs as well. The room has a mini fridge, the bathroom was nice and had a rain shower with a separate hand held showerhead. The only flaw was a long hair on the countertop.

My stay was great here. When I arrived I was given a connecting room next to the elevator, I went to the front desk to see if I can get a more private room and it was handled with no problem. Jay at the front desk was great! The pool was clean and the maintenance women didn’t have a problem giving me anything that I needed. The hotel is near very busy roads which was convenient for food etc. It was also a 25 minute drive from the IAH airport. I’m definitely going back.

Very nice place clean nice rooms,only thing I had problem with no microwave in room it’s in the hallway and breakfast is not provided with stay an inconvenience for travelers or any guess staying at the property Even do better with that other then that I rate a 8 out of 10
