The room was spacious and clean. The view was amazing. The location was right next to the all tech shopping. The included breakfast buffet was great, the best on my trip. I was not able to check it out, but our stay also included afternoon tea.

The hotel lobby very nice, hotel room very spacious and quite modern. The breakfast buffet and afternoon tea buffet was great and tasty, both included in the night stay. Staff was amazing specially Jonathan, who since our checkin was welcoming, attentive and helped us manage our big luggage to be sent to our next destination promptly and with no issues. Thanks Jonathan and Huaqiang hotel team for making our stay incredible! Everything was incredible, we were greatly surprised!

Since it was our first time visiting China, we often needed guidance, and he was always there with a smile, ready to assist us. He helped us with directions, transportation, recommendations, and many other things that made exploring the city so much easier. Only one elevator went all the way up/down. The other two only went down to the lobby on the 23rd floor. We had to cross the entire lobby to go to the two elevators going down to the entrance.

Great location and the staff was super helpful. Shout out to Raymond from the front desk for answering my questions patiently and effectively! Didn’t love the carpet hallways and room bc was it was a little hard to roll luggage. Also wasn’t convenient for drop off, my driver was not able to pull up to the front of the hotel so I had to walk up to the hotel with my two luggages in the rain. I wish there were better instructions for pick up/drop off.

The bathroom has not a common door..:((so if you are under the shower on in toilet all smells and steam in the room..

room size was exceptionally big, staff was always very helpful, fitness center surprisingly well equipped there was some queue in the laundry rooms, also it was not easy to use the washing machines for non english speakers.

I had a good stay overall at this hotel, mainly because of its excellent location. It is located right in the heart of Huaqiangbei, one of the largest electronics markets in Shenzhen. There are plenty of shopping malls, restaurants, halal restaurants, pharmacies, and convenience stores within walking distance, so you rarely need to take a taxi. One feature I also appreciated was the free self-service laundry room, where guests can use the washing machines and dryers at no extra cost. However, the hotel’s paid laundry service is quite expensive. There were a few things I didn’t like. The biggest issue was the entrance. The hotel doesn’t have a proper drop-off area where taxis can stop to unload luggage. We had to get out on the street, carry our luggage for a short distance, and then enter the building. The lobby is located on the 23rd floor, which made the arrival experience confusing and inconvenient, especially since there weren’t enough staff members available to assist with luggage. The hotel itself also feels a bit dated. The furniture and interiors could use some renovation, and the hallways are quite dark with limited lighting. In addition, the service was somewhat slow, likely because there didn’t seem to be enough staff.

Everything is good and worth the money such room, location and etc., and i especially impressed the excellent services from a staff at front desk Name Janathan. He gave me the excellent services.
