Got a free upgrade to panoramic bay view king room upon arrival without even having to ask. Room was the absolute nicest room I have ever stayed in. Staff were amazing, and the facilities were amazing. Cannot say one bad thing about this place.

Your concierge Carrey had made our stay so much comfortable and enjoyable, he was so helpful to cold our 2 days itinerary, definitely the reason contribute to our decision to return next week n future visits! Max is a plus !? The standard rooms are little small !

Amazing property, very modern. Staff was super friendly and helpful, loved the refreshment area behind reception and the happy hour in the evenings. Nice bar too. Great gym! Taxis usually dropped us behind the hotel, and since we don’t speak Mandarin we got out there then had to walk to the lobby. No biggie but maybe a sign would help?

I tell the hotel that we are celebrating birthday and they gave us a free cake, fruit and also decorated the room with balloons. Which is totally surprising. It take some time to find my booking
