The hotel in know by "Juntingshang Pin"; if you search by "Cybo" you will get anything. We faced huge difficulties in understanding the actual location in map. The name in booking dot com should be corrected. They have only one lift which is very small and slow.

The staff was very nice. They gave me some extra water when the vending machine wasn’t working for me and ice when I hurt my knee. The hotel also included some free coffee coupons and discounts for their coffee shop which made for easy morning coffees. There was complimentary laundry as well. It could be a bit cleaner as the room smelled a bit musty but maybe this was just the building in general.

Friendly staffs and location is very good with many eating places in the vicinity and 10 minutes walk to Dongmen Pedestrian Street. The complimentary coffee vouchers were a very pleasant surprise ! Currently Hubei metro Exit D is about 10 minutes walk but 2 new metro exit are being build right next to the hotel and once it's ready, it will be super convenient ! None.

our second time returning to CYBO, love the staff, they’re so helpful and you communicate with them via wechat. they respond in a very timely manner. the location is great if you want to stay by Lowu and Dongmen but a bit further to Futian/Nanshan where the large 2 MixC malls are. it’s still very convenient, 1-2 lines away, depending if you want to walk more. we loved the complimentary laundry available to guests and used it 2-3x the week we stayed (detergent is provided). everything is very technology forward which is wonderful to use. CYBAR also makes great coffee, they provide vouchers with discount, allowing you to enjoy, starting 8 am. they provide ample beverages as well, free of charge charge and are generous with water, which is helpful so you don’t have to buy jugs. right behind the hotel (leave from the back doors), walking out of the parking lot and left, there’s a block of local restaurants. we went for beef noodle soup a couple nights and classic Chinese desserts a bit further down. a plus that there’s a HEYTEA also! cannot recommend enough. the rooms are clean, but are dusty. i find that with many hotels in China, mold does form easily and it’s not something the hotels prioritize to fix in a timely manner. the AC while strong, does smell damp and doesn’t really go away .. you get used to it. i would suggest fixing the molding around the showers and rooms, where you can, as that could cause allergies and reactions.

Good location, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good. Front desk staff is courteous but staff in dining room needs to smile more. Internet definitely needs to improve. WiFi available; however, you can’t really search for anything on the internet! That’s bad. Disappointing!

No available lift to the breakfast room at 13th fl. It s a bit challenging if we travel with elderly to reach the breakfast room.
