Hotel was fantastic - staff were helpful and kind, and the rooms were spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was fantastic. It is located next to the "Dutch Flower Town" with lovely walks and cafes. Great restaurants were about a 10min walk away.

Area, near to my business partner, Close to Futian Railway station. I have a wonder, why do some hotels place the foot-end of the bed on a carpet? This creates a negative angle ant push the blood to the head, at home I raise the head end to avoid that issue. It is not anything against this hotel, many have this setup...

We are thankful to the check in staff Jessie. She has been so friendly and helpful. My kid even said he wants to come back to stay in this hotel. The staffs is sincere and with big smile on their face. Hotel room is big compare to regular room in Shenzhen. It is new furnished and nice design. None

Loved the cleanliness and location and space We booked a cot and an extra bed for our family of 4 and we got neither. Our baby and other child had to sleep on the floor and that was not acceptable
