Disappointing experience. It’s a dated hotel. Place to sleep WITH MOLD and BEDBUGS! Ruined my trip to China by infesting me and my family with bed bugs and bites! Had good breakfast though. Shocked by the state of the rooms at this Sheraton, Marriott-branded property!! The first room (2057 – West Tower) had wet carpets, and a terribly strong mold odor. Management “upgraded” me to another room 2559 which turned out to have bedbugs; I woke up with bites and had to bag and isolate my clothes while traveling in China. I reported everything and was offered only a one-night refund despite the hotel acknowledging the mold and bedbug issues in writing. The manager was polite but clearly powerless. The building is aging and needs a full remediation, not apologies. For the record, I’ve stayed at multiple Marriott properties worldwide and never encountered anything like this. Until this property undergoes serious maintenance and quality control, I strongly advise other travelers to STAY ELSEWHERE!

Everything was excellent, we requested late check out and they accepted it very nicely. Breakfast had good variety and the Rooms were very nice and clean.

It have free shuttle to Train stations. Pls prepare more vegetarian food. Those fried rice & fried noodle can fry without meat, onion or garlic.

No one speaks English in the property, carpets very dirty, staffs are unfriendly, specially front desk manager, she is not ready to give any information showing she is busy, she only only incoming guest. carpets dirty, shower are equipnent collapsing, room carpet dirty, chairs are not to the standard. i hat the hotel room size OK, bed OK, breakfast was good

Location is a bit far from the center. They serve Pork in breakfast and that's kept common with other dishes. And that is totally not good.
