Location was so so. Facilities were old.

Everything was good our room had lounge excess which was exceptional service and their all staff are good and cooperative but Mr. Money he is another level he was very kind and take care of the hotel guest he helped us with every way he can Nothing

A nice Hilton property in spread out Shenzhen. We were on the executive floors with lounge privileges. We enjoyed the service. Good breakfast buffet. Only gym and small outdoor pool….. no steam or jacuzzi.

I tried to think of something positive but am unable to. That's how bad it is. Whole hotel reeks of cigarette smell. Specifically instructed during reservation and during check-in that I require a non-smoking room/level. Apparently the whole hotel reeks of smoke smell. Made a complaint during day 2 and they sent an air purifier up that doesn't solve the problem. Made a complaint again on day 3 at 1AM as the smoke smell was suffocating, but duty manager Keno Lin says he cannot guarantee that a change of room will not have smoke smell and he said and I quote "I cannot see anyone smoking what do you want me to do?". Sore throat and inflammation on day 3 onwards, terrible and excruciating stay. Never had such experience with any hotels before, and I can't believe this is Hilton. Cleanliness is appalling. There were oil stains in the room when we checked in and they sent a cleaning lady to wipe the floor with a rag. The bathroom was dirty and grimy. We were speechless when we saw the disintegrating curtains the next day when the sun is up (pls see pics). Do note that the hotel's gym is subcontracted to a 3rd party operator called XINGCHEN that allows outside customers, therefore it is not a private hotel gym. Sent email to HiltonHonors@Hilton.com, guestcorrespondence@hilton.com, no response or whatever.

Shenzhen center area Near to all

Location: A short walk or drive from Coco Park and a nearby mall, and very central to other shopping areas as well. Room: Spacious and comfortable, with cozy beds that made for a good night’s rest. Breakfast: Decent, with a good selection of options. Bonus: We booked an Executive Room, which included complimentary high tea and certain laundry services, adding extra value to our stay. Overall, a pleasant experience and a good choice for comfort and location.

The breakfast buffet surprisingly had a really diverse and good selection. Lounge access was also very nice. Area was also close to the places we wanted to go to. Room was quite big and toilet was spacious. Totally worth it for this value!

The pool wasn't available which we feel we should have been told at the time of booking. Important when you have children. The bar in the lobby area there was no alcohol in the drinks and the girl was rude. It lacks a good bar as the upstairs bar is closed.

Breakfast should have more options for American cuisine. There was plenty of food to eat but mostly chinese. The first day I ate nothing because I wanted an omelte and asked if I can get it made with just veggies as I don't eat any form of meat and the staff member said we don't make anything special. I can eat whatever is available. She did not know. The staff members should at least speak and understand english. While leaving another staff member asked how was the breakfast and I said I ate nothing and explained what happened and he said you can get eggs made and told me who to speak to the next day. I think there should be more options for American cuisine than mostly chinese. Staff members hardly understood English. Communication is very hard to do with staff members. They just look at you lost and don't understand a word of english. If you are standing there as a cook to make something and can't understand the client then you shouldn't even be working there. I had to explain myself 10 times or call someone else to translate to tell the person what to include in the omelete I wanted.

Clean. Good service. Pleasant stay.

The location is excellent—right next to One Avenue Mall, which made everything very convenient. We booked 3 rooms for 6 people, and check-in was smooth. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, even offering us a complimentary room upgrade. They also confirmed a late checkout at 2 PM, which we really appreciated. The departure experience was disappointing. Despite confirming our late checkout the day before, we received several calls from reception asking us to leave earlier. One staff member even said, “Next time we won’t let you stay till 2 PM,” which came across as quite rude and unprofessional.

Old property, not as nice as picture There is nothing around the hotel, you need to take transport everywhere. Questionable cleanliness, there was a grape on the floor. Reception staf was not very capable and a bit rude.

What stood out most was not just his efficiency, but the warmth and sincerity he brought to his work. Money made us feel more like guests in his home than customers in a hotel. His friendly demeanor, thoughtful service, and natural ability to anticipate our needs truly enhanced our experience. If you’re lucky enough to be helped by Money during your stay, know that you are in excellent hands. He’s a true asset to the hospitality industry and a person we won’t forget. Thank you, Money, for making our stay so special!

For a Hilton brand I ecpect much more. The hotel seems old and not as nice as per the pictures.

Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed in the staff and environment. One of the days, the body gel was not refilled. We asked the staff the next morning to refill. They said they would have someone refill it immediately. We came back later that night and the body soap was not filled. We are 3 people but they gave us 2 sets of everything (pillow, slipper, toothbrush, etc.). We constantly had to ask for an additional set and it was quite frustrating. Next, the concierge attitude when asking questions or the soap is that they didn’t care. Lastly, we are not sure if the towels were cleaned, as fake eyelashes were stuck to two towels. Overall, we expected a 5 star hotel, however our experience fell short.
