I liked the comfy bed, the room itself and the gym and indoor pool. Bath tub was great. The room was freezing and could raise the temperature by AC. I tried for one hour to get the AC to make the room go above 21 degrees. In the end the front desk told me the heat function doesn’t work and I had to request extra quilts. The room boasts on booking.com its Mountain View. There was a small hill with construction beside it. Lastly, the shower knob goes to the wrong direction. When turning towards the handheld shower I was blasted by freezing cold water from above which meant I now HAD to wash my long hair. When turned to the rainfall shower it came out of the handheld. Both dinner buffet in the OPEN restaurant and the breakfast buffet in Nanhai wing were both VERY soso

The room was amazing, we celebrated anniversary and we got a delicious cake and a lot of good stuff! The treatment was super quick and helpful! Definitely will come back again!

I was greeted cheerfully with help for my bags, the check-in procedure was quite quick. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good, a large selection of options both western and Chinese. A package was late arriving, the staff secured my package and made sure I received it even after my checkout, super helpful and very appreciative!!! Overall a great stay. More water in the room.

The location was prefect for what we want to do. It is close to food, shopping, entertainment, transportation and parks. The facility is clean and the decor is warm and welcoming. The staffs were excellent from the moment we arrived until the end of our stay. Everyone was very friendly and always ready to help answer anything question. We love walking along the oceanfront in the morning and come back to a beautifully layout breakfast. We look forward to breakfast during our 3 nights stay. The room is nicely layout with comfortable bed. Each areas of the room is partition off with divider for privacy. The location is walking and biking friendly. We had the Mountain View room but would stay at the sea views room when given the chance. Highly recommend the Hilton Shenzhen Shekou for anyone coming to the Shenzhen bay park area and want a place is that a little quieter but not far from the action of Sea World.

This is the true definition of a five-star hotel. From the stunning, luxurious facilities to the exceptionally helpful staff, everything exceeded expectations. The room was elegant and comfortable, with a beautiful view, and the food was outstanding. The service, location, spa, and amenities were all top-tier. I originally planned to stay for five days and ended up staying ten. If you're visiting for business, the 15th floor is pertect tor small meetings—offering breathtaking ocean views, an open bar, and a great selection of snacks and fruit. loved it all! Not one bad thing to mention here!
