There is a convenience store on the ground floor and a McDonald's across the road. This made it easy to buy food and other items. We used the swimming pool and the gym. Both were good and we enjoyed using them. The laundry service was quite expensive compared with other hotels. We paid about £35 to wash a few items of clothing. The staff were friendly and always tried to help. I only met one member of staff who spoke English, but everyone did their best to assist us.

Great location. Close to park museum and nice places to walk around. Close to the Taoyuan metro station. Comfortable beds, good facilities, good staff, but only one staff member speaks english. Hotel manager went above and beyond when I required medical attention going with me to the hospital and assisting me back to the hotel. Rooms are big but not enough shelves to place my things.

The hotel is clean and the rest area is fantastic. I like the coffee machine in the rest area and drinks there is for free. Staff needs to speak English

There are a fair amount of eateries just below the hotel which is convenient Toilet door after closing left a gap. Truly a design fault. Unfortunate the system don't allow to send photo

I liked the facilities. We had a kitchenette which we didn’t make use of but which was very nice nonetheless. The best part was checking out. We were startled to meet Shaun, who is not Chinese, on staff. His English was perfect and talking to him was nice. Her assisted us to load our bags into a Didi and negotiated with her when she resisted taking our suitcases. The front door faces a back road behind the main street of the shopping complex, and there were no signs on that side to point us around. This is a small issue, but we had six bags, so that added a bit of stress.

The two rooms we requested were in separate buildings. The hotel rooms smelled strongly of cigarettes, and the bathroom was not well maintained.

Location and the room is big Old furniture and very old TV Toilet door in the master bedroom are so dangerous, slide door are loose and a screw was found on the floor.

The location beside Metro station. The door of bathroom isn’t completely closed , and the receptionist doesn’t speak English well.

the room was clean, thats all. breakfast ok and facilities ok (sauna wasn't working). The manager Shaun wasnt professional at all. we booked a 6 person room but the manager told us they only have room for 5 person (2 king bed, 1 single bed). The booking clearly show 2 king bed and 1 twin bed. Then they request us to pay for an additional bed (which wasn't really a good bed) We also had to insist to get the breakfast for everyone. The staff keep remind us that they cant do anything because we booked through booking.com. Not professional at all. The additional bed cost 200 rmb but was horrible, like a jail bed. you could feel the spring and the matress was very thin. Overall we paid 2200hkd for this room and it was an horrible experience. Because it wasn't enough, during checkout they didn't start argue when I ask for receipt and bill. Again they keep remind us that I should check with Booking.com. After 15min talking, they release the bill.

Cleaning, Amenities, Breakfast, staffs Location was great Muslim Restaurant nearby There was water leakage in the shower. Whenever you take a shower the whole bathroom/toilet area got flooded.

Very nice staff, great breakfast, people in their Western Restaurant are very kind, the manager Ms Cai and the the intern Shanbin Wang are very helpful. If you have any problems, get Ms Cai she will help you.

The hotel can be reached with Line 1 Shenzhen metro Taoyuan stop, or by taxi (very reasonable price) directly from the ferry port or airport. The staff was always very helpful. A special shout-out to Shaun for helping translate how to use our foreign card, all his helpful hints and friendly help. The hotel is right out close to a beautiful park for a nice walk, as well as has a 7-eleven for delicious snacks and cappuccino, or any other needs, and the best icecream! It was super comfortable and quiet, very beautiful room and best price and comfort! We'll be gladly back! A small thing, but for couples relevant. The bathroom door couldn't be completely closed, there was a small rift as it was unleveled, could be fixed. Another small detail, maybe adding a help in English on how to turn the humidity remover, as add-on function to the air-conditioning (there are two different settings).
