The hotel is very near to the airport and can be accessed by metro or taxi easily. The is divided into 2 areas. One new and one old. It seems they have purchased the second area and are now dividing the bookings as per their wish. To access one or the other you have to enter a maze like set up to reach the separated lifts. When you enter this area it is far away from the main hotel and does not have proper staff available. The rooms are messy and dirty with old carpets. The breakfast options were limited for Muslims and to reach the breakfast you can to cross the entire maze and open area and to reach the new hotel restaurant. Very confusing and not worth the money.

I like the amenities within the facility and the staff kindness No english spoken at all and despite having specified we were both vegetarians at the breakfast buffet there were no indications about veg dishes. We could have eaten meat in a dish and not knowing that, so in the end we had little choice

It is a very good hotel and the staff is very cooperative and helpful, you can find the big market near the hotel, where you will find all necessary things. Only one receptionist knows the English language, and the other staff must learn English. A little bit expensive and they need to improve this. But overall the hotel is very nice

The location is very good. In the centre of the district, close to shops, restaurants and subway station. I can understand that the management does not require the staff to speak English, but normally, staff at any hotel creates welcome atmospere. Unfortunately the attitude of the receptionist during the check in. It was like, 'what do you want here '. The two young male receptionists in the morning were much better.

THE ROOM IS VERY SPACIOUS. BED AND PILLOW ARE COMFORTABLE. I HAD A VERY GOOD SLEEP. LOCATION IS NOT CONVENIENT.

It is modern hotel with very good price. Everyone wanted to help me, but Their English is almost zero. Better English of staff, Breakfest could me also a bit international.
