The location was very central: a few minutes to the Dong Men Pedestrian street, the subway station was less than 50 metres, many food options

Location to the subway and shops and restuarants was good. Washing facilities are not great. Couldn’t do washing for the 3 days we were there. 1 small washing machine and a small tumble dryers to service the complete hotel. Guests are smoking in the hotel with open room doors. Smoke is all over hotel floors. Very noisy hall ways between rooms.

Location is very close to food, shops and massages. It's also close to the metro station which is 2 stops away from Luohu port. I can smell faint cigarette smell in the building although there's a no smoking mark everywhere.. I don't think this is the hotel's fault. Even in shopping centres, people will smoke in front of a non-smoking sign :P.. So it's not a surprise if some guest decided to smoke in their room

The sound of construction near hotel was so loud that I couldn’t sleep at night

Location is very good and just 10mtr away from metro station Floor lobby in China and HongKong is open for smoking so very bad smoke smell

Perfect location, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room and all that for a reasonable price. Nice place to stay in Shenzhen. I'd rather not recommend to have breakfast at the hotel - it's not bad, but to my mind could be better. Maybe, it's a personal opinion, but there plenty of nice places near the hotel to have breakfast.

Could use mirrors in the room! Not just inside the bathroom. There aren’t any hooks to hang towels, clothes and shower cap inside bathroom n in the room. Only 1 front desk female staff was slightly rude. The rest was responsive in our queries about booking a vehicle to airport. Highly commendable is the tall gentleman at the lobby who came running to assist with our luggage when he saw us arriving at the entrance. He also helped with luggage when we were leaving. The driver hotel got us to go airport instead was unprofessional. Stayed in his vehicle instead of standing by to assist with luggage at the appointed time. We had to go knock on his vehicle to come out. And he asked for the balance payment WHILE driving, compromising road safety.

Excellent location right smack in dongmen with the subway just downstairs. You can visit lohu, Futian etc all within a short subway ride. The staffs are very friendly and helpful!!! Ready to help and give advices. Because of some issue that I reported on the first night. They immediately changed the room for me! Not ideal but their good service made up for it. The breakfast might not be what you expect. If you are not picky, you can have it there. But they are better options nearby.

Ok with the breakfast and location very convenient. I have booked the Family room for 4 person but has been told has not reserve the room for us. Provide only Premier room and add one extra bed and with breakfast.
