Nil Althought the location is near to railway station and subway,but during our stay period, there was construction going on infront of the hotel, that's make our trip very inconveience when we are going out. be it any transportation we take.

Room cleaning is done everyday and staff is good . Location wise not a perfect choice. Better to choose near to the central train stations. Road work was there which is noisy .

Close to railway station. Can go to HK in 15 mins. Staff isn’t very aware of their surroundings. They will cut you off to go into a lift or at the breakfast line.

Bathroom looked dated, beds were hard ( although my husband thought they were great) We were not used to having non-potable water, but we were given bottles of water daily. There was smell of cigarette smoke in hallway.

the staff were helpful and cheerful. Breakfast choice for vegetarians was inadequate. There was NO egg station but rather the same fried eggs and boiled eggs on offer everyday laid out on the tray, getting cold within minutes.

Fairly easy to cross border and go to Hong Kong Tough to get to the hotel due to narrow and dangerous access road that both pedestrians and scooters must share.

The property is located by the Louhu station mall, very convenient. The road construction is a bit noisy.

The location is close to the border to go to Hongkong, so it is easy if you want to just go by foot. The hotel is big and the amenities were complete. There is convinience store in the same building, bank nearby, and stalls to eat. It is in front of the railway, and subway station. On the railway there is a big shopping center too. There is a road work when we stayed there, so can not say much of the surrounding, but i suppose it is a good area with choices of food and stores. The price is also very reasonable and every thing is comfortable I think i don't have anything to complain, all is good.
