the most valuable thing was the self-laundry service. really appreciate that temperature on laundry/breakfast floor not much devices for legs in gym

Excellent hotel for short

In room amenities and floor layout. Room was much larger than anticipated. Good water pressure in the shower. WC is equipped with an electronic bidet with seat warmer. Great breakfast selection, and even though we stayed for a week there was enough variety on a daily basis to keep it interesting with healthy choices and clearly marked allergy notices for each dish served. Good coffee and breakfast tea. Quiet neighborhood and no construction/noise. Some rooms overlook the golf course. My room overlooked a school/ running track and residential buildings. Full payment for the entire stay was collected at check-in and I paid with a non-China credit card with no issues. Daily room service provided housekeeping and fresh towels. In-house washing machine and dryer provided but you will need the Alipay app to use them. Washing detergent is already included in the washing machine with no manual handling or additional cost. It was around ¥30 for a 30+ minute wash and another ¥30 for a 45 minute dry cycle. Laundry room is located on level 9 on besides the restaurant entrance. It's around a 20 minute walk to the nearest metro station so not as convenient, however, getting around via Didi app was easy and more convenient.

Huge, clean and very comfortable stay with a great view, loved it. The location is great, walking distance to Coco park mall and the Pingan Financial Center tower. A decent gym (can do pull-ups). Breakfast bouffet was top-notch too. The shower and toilet are separate, not optimal

The Hotel looks rather new and modern. The rooms are very big and convenient. The breakfasts are wonderful. There are European food as well as Chines. The situation is very good. It is located in Futian district, which is a financial center of Shenzhen. It takes around 20 minutes by foot to the Subway station close to Coco shopping mall. There are small cafes and shops around. The view from upper floors is amazing. The hotel tried to charge the payment before I arrived, although the payment term was "payment upon arrival". I was going to pay from a different card, and there was not enough money on the card, the hotel withdrew all the money from my card and kept withdrawing all the amounts I transferred to it, telling me that they didn't receive any payment from me. That was a nightmare. Perhaps, there was a problem between banks' communication. Hovewer, if the hotel had charged payment upon arrival according to the payment term, it would have saved me from a lot of stress.

Coffee machines unplugged before the ending of breakfast time

The hotel is very clean and staff were good. Specially Simon at the reception desk is very helpful. He is always in welcoming mood. room was super clean with all amenities. Amazing breakfast. Nothing to complain about The check out was a bit delayed. As they needed clearance from house keeping. Kept me waiting and never bothered to tell me they gave clearance unless I went and double check. Was expecting a goodbye smile from the reception desk. But missed it.

Not a walkable location to the metro station.

This modest sized hotel on a quiet street in central Shenzhen is a convenient short taxi or long walk to Coco Park with a vast amount of restaurants at all price ranges. Our room had a great view overlooking a golf course and of the skyline. The breakfast was fine and the dining had another great view. It also had a self-laundry. For the price and location I would not expect anything more.

The room was poorly insulated, and there was a lot of noise from outside. I also felt the humidity.

Everything was perfect, from professional staff and service to tasty meals and accomodations.
