Location is not really good, surrounded by residential areas which is not suitable for travelers . The property a bit old and it’s located inside the offices building so not really approachable.

Location and the room Apart from the language barrier, the overall experience could be improved. Connecting to the WiFi was quite confusing, as the browser instructions did not match what was actually required. Even when calling for assistance, it was difficult to get clear guidance. I eventually had to go down to reception for help to get connected. Additionally, the “Do Not Disturb” system was not effective. Simply turning it on inside the room was not sufficient — a physical sign outside the door is necessary. Housekeeping repeatedly knocked and, on several occasions, entered the room despite this, which was quite uncomfortable, especially as it happened while I was sleeping, in the bathroom, or changing.

Staff helpful. Full facilities: bar and restaurant and gym. Safe Location when working with factories is too far. Otherwise good central location

It was really well connected with line 2 and line of the metro stations. The reception staff didn’t speak a work of English and when you try to translate they start shouting at you especially receptionist CICI. The breakfast was really bad, I had lived at the property for 4 days and it was the same everyday and the taste was really bad.

WiFi is very bad from 8th to 14th floor no WiFi u can see WiFi name when u connect its connect without internet so if u want to use WiFi u have to go 1st floor in lobby area

And the location is great The communication is very hard because of their very little English. Even the manager speaks very little English It takes forever to discuss vey small things even.

Room is a bit outdated but clean. Near to metro and nice Lichee park nearby, a lot of eatery and market within walking distance. The best is having washing machine and dryer for free usage. Breakfast is also good. Better if can open earlier like 6:30 am instead of 7 am. Overall I like my staying in this hotel, with connecting room with my elderly mother for 5 days. I may come back to here if visiting shenzhen Bed is a bit too soft.
