Clear and good location Toilet Bidet spray head is too long and the coiled water hose is too rigid to pull for cleaning the bottom.

The location is a bit far from where i wanted to go but its ok if you prefer the station to take you places.

I love the location as its within walking distance of the train station and border to Hong Kong so easy overnight trips into mainland. We got complimentary fruit as soon as we checked in. Customer service was great, room was clean and cool. Unfortunately our stay was just one night so I didn't check out the amenities on site since day was packed. Would stay again if we ever need to overnight again in the area.

The location is excellent. Every is good but the requirement to have a $500 security deposit is a kind of awkward.

The hotel location is excellent, it’s close to everything! The room is clean . The hotel is a little bit outdated.

Breakfast is a luxury, a real treat for anyone not been here before. adjusting room temperature is tricky.
