The hotel is located in a really nice neighbourhood with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. It was also nice and close to the border. I really enjoyed the fact that I could go to the spa within the hotel where the staff put in a really big effort despite the language barrier. I emailed the hotel twice before my stay and I have still not heard back from them which was really disappointing.

The hotel is conveniently located near a supermarket, restaurants, and coffee shops, with easy road access. It’s also less than two miles from Coco Park. The area feels clean, safe, and lively, with plenty of people out walking and enjoying the surroundings. You can even see parks nearby filled with kids, which adds to the welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a nice bed, and overall the hotel offers a very pleasant stay. The staff was not particularly helpful when I raised an issue with my booking. They directed me to contact Booking.com, while Booking.com referred me back to the hotel. Although it seemed like the issue could have been resolved on their end, it required a lot of persistence on my part to get a clear response. Another inconvenience was the noise from neighboring rooms. It wasn’t constant, but you could hear people talking when they were loud enough. Additionally, there was a noticeable smoke smell in the hallways and occasionally in the rooms, which was unpleasant. Lastly, the air conditioning was not fully functional despite requesting assistance. Given that Shenzhen is generally warm, the room temperature became uncomfortable at times.
