This location was absolutely stunning. From the second we walked into the lobby it looked amazing. The service was great and food around the hotel was very nice. The gym and spa were also fully equipped.

The hotel was clean & well maintained, everything worked well The air conditioning was off in most common facilities which made my stay uncomfortable

Stunning view from everywhere The hotel was a bit disappointing. First, we were given a room with a terrible smell, as if a dog or cat had urinated there. After we complained, we were moved to another room. The second room had no smell, but it was dirty — stains on the wallpaper, walls, and carpet. There were also not enough charging outlets. The hotel clearly needs renovation and better maintenance.

Nice location and beautiful rooms with great views of surrounding areas. Love the view. Great service; staff were super helpful and went beyond their duties to solve problems. Great breakfast, too. We enjoyed our stay there. The entrance hallway where wardrobe is a bit dark requiring better lighting.

The location and the services. Bathroom facilities were a little old and there were smoking smell the level that I was staying.

Great service by staff. The room wasn’t ready when we arrived to checkin in the afternoon around 2-3pm. Apparently we weren’t the only ones affected.
