The receptionists were kind and the cleaner offered bottled water out of the blue. The hallways and the room I stayed in smelled of cigarettes. The room I booked had no windows and was at the very back of the building. It wasn't like the one on the photos which made me decide to get it. Had I known that was the room on offer for that price, I would've gone to another hotel. The hotel doesn't have services like laundry.
