Very clean facility on the outside and in the lobby. Staff very friendly Cigarette smell in the rooms. I had to request room change two times. The third room had less smell. Looks like smoking in the room is a common thing over there.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially at the doors when we needed help with translation for the taxi drivers. The room is clean, spacious and well appointed. The breakfast buffet is very good for the small size of the restaurant. The gym is excellent, with a variety of open spaces and equipment areas. Although the immediate area is rather empty, the subway stations are just a few minutes walk, and there are plenty of taxis at the entrance. The smell of air freshener (presumably some kind of signature aroma) in the lobby is unpleasantly strong. The hotel bar is comfortable enough, but there is no real bar to speak of - just a digital menu delivering from an internal location - and it was empty most of the time. The swimming pool features in the advertising but there is no mention of the need for a swimming cap, so my children were disappointed when they could not go swimming.

The prices of the restaurant are slightly higher than the average price of the other restaurants in the area, the laundry service cost is much higher than the other places ( I was giving them 11 items to wash but I was charged for 14 items )

The beauty and elegance of this hotels. The lobby was specially very attractive. The rooms can be bit bigger. It was very small. The lights for bathroom is but confusing.

Best staff I've ever experienced, superb customer relations, the extra distance the staff go to is spectacular. I specifically wish to congratulate two duty managers, Kevin and David and Eva in tje Executive Lounge was incredible. Best of all, head Concierge Dean went above and beyond tto solve my transit issues, accompanying me to buy the ticket I need and will assist me getting my luggage from the hotel to the transport. I have a lot of travel experience and can safely say that this is the most exceptional customers erice I have ever experienced. Thank you to the team also, I know that great leaders depend on great teams. The location was convenient for travel transit reasons but otherwise it doesn't give a true feel for tje exciting city of Shenzhen.

Very nice hotel close to the HK border. They even refunded my taxi costs because I could not find the shuttle bus to the hotel. Very nice room, very comfortable bed. Nice service. Only minor point: bathroom floor (especially the shower) could have been cleaner especially in the corners.

Lovely spacious room and comfy bed You had to wear a bathing cap if you wanted to swim in the pool, poor drink selection in the hotel, restaurant food was very average and expensive.

Luxurious and they made it nice according to the theme! Its a bit of a walk to mtr, the nearby shopping centre is nice but not so crowded..
