The beds were most comfortable, and the room was quiet. We flew in from Canada and stayed for 7 days, so we spent a great deal of time sleeping to recover from jet lag. We also like the self serve free laundry service. The breakfast was our biggest issue. Too much oil in the eggs and vegetables. Despite of a few attempts to ask the kitchen not to fry the eggs in high heat, they don’t seem to understand what is “sunny side up” even in Chinese. The tiny croissants were pathetic and dry. We had to buy bread from a bakery for breakfast.

Overall the stay is perfect, the room is clean, bright, new and the location is perfect, right next to the MTR station and the clothing wholesale center is just across the road. And don’t miss out their cafe on the 40th floor, it’s a gem! The only less satisfying experience was the check-in process, the staff who helped us to check-in kept offering us with a one King bed room when we repeatedly rejected and asked for a 2 beds room which we reserved online. And it took him a long time to check us in.
