Reserved handicap accessible room and requested room on 1st floor or near elevator. even when got to the hotel was told handicap accessible room not available. Not very accommodating for disabled guests. Breakfast was terrible.

Just what we needed for a one night stay. Breakfast was adequate. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our check in was easy, room was clean but i did have to kill a couple of spiders in the tub. Beds to us were not that comfortable. Staff was okay but seemed like they just didnt want to be there. Breakfast was good they had eggs, sausage, cereal, yogurt etc. The door to the bathroom didnt close all the way it kept getting stuck. I dont think i would stay here again.

The room was very small, but clean. The bedding could use an update, but wasn’t too bad. The bathroom was very small but the shower having a curved shower rack made it feel a little larger. It was a good solid choice about 20 minutes outside of downtown Louisville.

2nd night was nice and quiet. Should have requested a handicap shower but I didn't. First night other the basketball team sounded like they were playing basketball til almost midnight. Had a hard time getting any sleep. Needed handicapped shower but I didn't request it.

The room was very clean (and huge). The staff is friendly. Breakfast was good. The hotel is a little dated, but I would definitely stay here again.

It was very outdated and the bed was itchy. Not like pictured on website. Very outdated and smelled like cigarettes and mildew.
