The property was very well maintained. Staff was friendly. Our room was very large and comfortable with a view of the mountains.

Room was clean. Check-in was smooth with breakfast was good. They told me the pet fee was $75, I requested a receipt at checkout and was told I couldn’t get one because I booked off of Expedia. Other than that minor inconvenience, stay was great.

Lucus the staff in the evening when we arrived was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed chatting with him. Breakfast was OK. I was quite angry that Hampton/Hilton charged a $75 pet fee. There was no notice of how much it would be when we booked the room. This is an exorbitant price. We usually stay at la Quinta and they either don't have a pet fee or it is $25. We have a very good nonshedding dog and you can't even tell a dog stayed in the room. The staff said the manager was upset by dogs who messed up the rooms. He doesn't want to allow dogs. Go ahead. We will NEVER stay at a Hampton again.

Easy to find location. Quiet and comfortable rooms. Check in staff member Lucus was very friendly. There was pink mold in the shower by the grab bar. I had to wait for a staff member at the front desk for checkout assistance so they appeared short staffed.

Great staff, very clean and comfortable beds! A little far out from downtown and only 1 taxi driver in town.

Location Room standard Lucus on the front desk who refused to deal with incredibly noisy guests next door to us at 7am. Despite calling three times he claimed that it was no longer quiet hours so didn’t want to help us. Very poor.
