Location was good.. Resort is big, can enjoy perfect family(me) time.. 1. Water bottles were not there in the room, rather tap water was available in the camper.. cheap quality plastic glass was there & that too full of stains.. 2. Asked for an all out/mosquito repellent as there were spiders & mosquitoes in the room but of no use, didn't paid any heed to my request resulting into tough time for my 3 years old child.. 3. I checked in the room around 10.30 PM, ordered for the dinner & shocked to see that no cuttlery was provided with the same.. when enquired, it was told that cuttlery is already in the drawer.. when i opened the same, only 2 plates & 2 spoon were there.. I requested for serving spoon & bowls but were not provided by the staff.. 4. When no one took the used utensils after dinner, i left them outside the room door as i had already called the concerned staff 2-3 times for removing the same & no one came... 5. Morning, around 10:15, I received a call from reception directing me to vacate the room as the same was club mahindras policy to check out by 10.. I told the person on phone that during check in i had requested Mr. Sarthak (receptionist at the rime of check in) that i would vacate by 11 as it was not easy for us & baby to get ready & leave by 10, when we have not even spent 12 hours in the room/hotel & parallely ordered for the breakfast.. 6. Food was served around 11 & once again there was no cuttlery provided with the same.. when we asked house keeping guy to provide it, he sent a waiter to pick up the used dinner cuttlery & informed us that these utensils will be cleaned up & provided for the breakfast as no separate cuttlery would be provided in the room due to covid protocols & companys policy.. 7. When utensils were provided to us after 15-20 minutes & we started with breakfast thing, I again received a call from reception directing us to check out immediately..

Good entertainment and cleaniness. Room was provided on 2 nd floor without lift having 50 stairs which was very much uncomfortable as my wife is having knee problems. After requesting several times they considered and shifted on 1 st floor still having 30 stairs.

Beautiful place! As usual, Club Mahindra staff & food, both were very good. We were pretty surprised & disappointed about the additional taxes we had to pay after confirming the room on booking.com. Even in the confirmation email from booking.com, the amount without taxes is mentioned 4 times, including in bold last!! After a few paragraphs there is mention of the taxes. This was unexpected & upsetting. To top it off, despite informing the property via the special request section that we were traveling with 2 senior citizens, one of whom is 75+, were were still given a room in the blocks far way from the main area. Not only that, there were even lots of steps to be climbed. Infact they had allotted a room on the third level, where there is no elevator!! They changed it to a ground level room, which had fewer steps.
