Breakfast time starts at 8:30am, which could start earlier

Location We had an incident where I showed them pics as well as called the housekeeping manager to see for himself that the room was not made at all, fresh towels were on the floor, washroom amenities were all scattered, coffee and tea replenishments were dumped as is in the tray, old, used mixing wooden stick was kept for next day but most troubling was that housekeeping manager was not apologetic. He was gentle but not ready to accept that this is an area of improvement and kept on saying that towels must have slipped from the stand.

The hotel is in a good position, a little tired looking but adequate for our two day stay. The restaurant served very good food and large portions! Check in was ok but could be improved we felt. Our room with a balcony had a lovely view over Shimla but the very close proximity to the roof bar was a little bit like being in a goldfish bowl!

Location of the hotel provide easy accessibility to mall road was amazing experience Hotel itself claimed as 4 star but was not up to that mark to be very honest. Food items were over priced.

We liked the location and the view from the room was mesmerizing. The staff were very helpful, food was good and surprisingly the wi-fi network was top notch. The TV unit was not working properly, but the staff was too cooperative and helped with the issue.

Good location, view from the terrace, great room, large bathroom Breakfast was a bit difficult for us all the Indian dishes were very spicy for morning time. Americano or Cappuccino not included

The location is just perfect... 100m away from the Mall road lift... I would really suggest it to everyone who asks me The bed and pillows are a little uncomfortable but these can vary from person to person

The hotel itself was wonderful, it has a long history going back to the British era in India. Comfortable and spacious rooms with wooden floors. Situated right on the Mall Road where you find cafes, shops & restaurants & Bars. Everything was great

I had a good time. The front desk and restaurant staff were exceptional. The rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The meal was excellent and there was plenty for us to eat. I managed to try the Toddy mix which was good for cold weather.

The location was excellent, and food at the Cafe in the evening was fantastic. The rooms are very dated and in serious need of refurbishment.
