The staff were very kind and helpful! The location is great for accessing the town and had beautiful views.

The staff went out of there way to make sure our stay in Shimla was the best. When they brought us to our room and noticed the space heater was not providing enough heat, they brought in another heater. The view from the room is amazing.

Excellent staff service. Great breakfasts. Wonderful location close to the main town. Lovely views from all round the property so you really appreciate that you are in Shimla in the hills. Access is hard. It would be good if people coming with their own cars have arrangements made for them in advance. We had no idea how complicated it would be! We were very grateful the hotel accommodated our parking.

The staff was amazing, the rooms were clean and very comfortable. The location is good, the only disadvantage is the 200meters to climb to the hotel, but for us it was ok. They helped with the suitcases

The property is available at elevated height, one needs to climb up to reach - it’s a bit toiling. But considering it’s just beside Mall Road it’s good enough.

Very comfortable room with wonderful views of the mountains. Very good buffet breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. A slightly steep incline to the hotel, but it's perfectly manageable and it is only a short walk to The Mall. A fridge in the room would have been good.

Breakfast was excellent, location of the property is also very good. Disappointed when found that there is no parking in the hotel, I and my wife traveled near about one kilometer from the parking. And I think rates of the room is also too high it should be 3000 to 4000 Rs. Everything is good except parking and rates should be 20% less

Location and view was outstanding. Guy who helped with luggage was a real gem. We hired a transfer vehicle which we knew was more expensive than elsewhere but as it was a long journey wanted a decent sedan with air con. The morning came and the vehicle was real poor and dirty and didn’t even have seatbelts. After some push back from us refusing to accept it they sent a second vehicle which we reluctantly accepted as we were now an hour late leaving for a 8 hour journey. We were dissatisfied that the manager didn’t keep his promise of a “really nice sedan vehicle with air-con” especially when we had paid approx 1500 IR more than we were quoted elsewhere.

No bar.. not very high standards on cleaning.. excellent view and staff was 100 of 100 .. very helpful and humble.. Mr Mohamed and ajay was very helpful

Staff very polite and attentive, place keen and tidy, breakfast had variety. It's up a steep hill and in government area with restrictions on vehicles being allowed to park there.

Property very nicely decorated, good breakfast and clean room. The last night we ordered the fireplace in the garden and it was a great moment, they even gave us the speaker to connect our own music. Big rooms and polite staff.
