The central smoking room which makes the corridors smelly.

I like the place where I ate breakfast. The location overlooking the sea was really nice! There was few staffs to assist.

My travels in Japan confirmed total commitment by staff to their role. Grampus is ageing, but aging well. A great collection of 'natural' Onsen pools, separate for men and women. A serene view for breakfast with guests often dressed in yukata. Easy access to bus transport and short walks. I selected Grampus knowing that there were shared washroom/toilets. Which were in good proximity to rooms and didn't worry me at all! The hotel is non-smoking but has an internal smoking room that may have had a bit of 'leakage'.

The onsen was really nice and I enjoyed the breakfast. The staff were overall really friendly and helpful. A typhoon hit during our stay and none of the windows sealed properly, so water came into our room. We also saw a cockroach outside the onsen and told staff, but the next morning it was still there and we had to report it again.

Exceptional staff! They were very kind and helpful. The property is visibly old with clear signs of deterioration in the guest rooms (windows/bedframe) rooftop balcony, odor from the 4th floor bathrooms etc. However, the onsen experience is great and the staff gave excellent service. The room quality was much lower than my expectations but the location made it very easy to spend the day outdoors exploring nearby attractions.

The place is near to tourist spots. A lot of mosquitoes in my room.

Onsen are nice. There are no Showers at the floor. You can only shower at the Onsen, which is only open for a limited time every day and no privacy. Men and women are seperated.

Shared toilet and hot spring tax per day Yen 150 not per Stay as per bookin.com information. Must pay even we did not enjoy hot spring. A little bit dirty

Facilities were nice, it has outdoor onsen I found bed bugs crawling out of the bed. Called the hotel staff up to show him, he said he can’t change room for us becos it is fully booked. We spent half an hour trying to kill all the bed bugs but there are just too many. He later came back again to let us move to another room, we finally settled down to rest past midnight.

property is very close to the bus stop, literally across the road, easy to navigate to on bus from train station, it was a few minutes walk down to the cliffs, spectacular view, even when it rained and if your there in time for the waves they are awesome to watch be advised it is a public shower and bathing facility with shared toilet on each floor of the wing your room is on and they have a no tattoo policy for the public bath

Location is very close to the cliff and can see a good sunset. Express bus to Osaka is just outside the hotel entrance. Breakfast: Rice, salmon fish, miso soup, egg, ham and plum. Room not used often and dust collected on furniture. No provision of drinking water.

my room has 2 beds and the onsen both indoor and outdoor are huge.

location, location, wonderful hot spring, and staff hospitality ! no one informed us while booking that facilities are like dormitory. YOU WILL NOT HAVE BATHROOM AND TOILET IN THE ROOM !!! ..

very good onsen good breakfast close to bus stop and main sightseeing spot well it was not hotel fault but I found cockroach in the outdoor public bath (It probably came from the outside) so I would recommend hotel to develop some countermeasures
