the property is right next to the station, which made it perfect for us. Even though we arrived hours before our check in we were able to store our luggage and when we finally checked in they had already put our luggage in our room. It was so warm and welcoming <3

The hotel is an amazing hotel. The rooms were very nice and the bed was very comfortable. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Shirahama. It is very easy to find from the station, simply walk out the ticket gate and turn right and it is in front of you. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The water in the sink in the room is drinking water so you can fill the provided kettle up from the room. There is also a bread bin with a fridge and TV. The bath is outside so you can have a bath and enjoy the night sky and watch the stars. The bath is covered from the outside to provide privacy so you can relax in the bath and enjoy the view. There is very little street lighting around the area so on a clear day/night, you can see many stars? There is nothing I didn't like, it was an exceptional stay. Thank you very much.

The property is literally next to the train station. very convenient to those without a car. we were afraid we’ll hear train rushing in and out all night, but I nearly counted 3 trains, and those were very quiet. The room we had, had an outdoor bathtub. It was very fin for the kids to have a bath outside on a warmer evening and kept them entertained for a long time. I believe the hotel’s noice insulation is close 0. I could hear the noises form the next rooms as if those people were next to me. We also were unfortunate to have a family with a small baby next door. The hotel has advertised breakfast which they don’t serve these days.

Breakfast was fantastic! The special panda-themed children's meals we paid for were a great value! We felt bad we couldn't finish them. Host was really accommodating to our schedule (late night arrival).
