The hotel was a fun experience. It is a traditional ryokan and onsen. We did feel slightly out of place with being one of only a few foreigners, but everyone was nice and accommodating. The food was delicious and the atmosphere majestic. Nothing it was great for what we wanted to experience

The Oosen experience was marvelous and we had so much fun exploring the relaxing spots of the hotel. Our stay was perfect, dressed in comfy yakutas the whole time. Direct bus to beach and adventure world just in front of the hotel. All was great

The hotel is rather new, stylist. The buffet food are decent! Much better than expected Facilities are good consider the pricing I would recommend this hotel for partners or family. Best stay in my trip Err...very weird property structural floor plan I reserved two rooms. One room said is on the 3rd floor, but it is actually 3.5 floor. You need to walk upstair from the elevator. That is not luggage friendly nor elderly friendly. The hotel design DOES NOT welcome Disable persons. There is only 1 elevator. (there are 2, but the other one has limited access) So for peak hours it is very busy.

Now this hotel was a complete surprise for us! First, the view. We had the corner room which meant we had a really nice view onto the harbour and the sea. The room was extremely spacious and the futons really comfortable. Next, the provided services. There was free drinks in the lobby, even alcoholic ones. You could sip plum wine or beer while dipping your feet into the hot waters of a foot bath in the garden. There was all other sorts of fun to do: karaoke, table tennis, all sorts of gaming machines. The onsen is huge and there’s a lounge area where you can read mangas, hang out while drinking more beer (or non-alcoholic beverages), have foot massages etc. Last but not least, the dinner and breakfast. It‘s a feast. You can have sushi, all sorts of sea food, grilled meat, etc. I could go on for a long time. This hotel is meant for enjoyment. So it‘s basically not necessary to go outside. Which we didn’t do anymore though we planned to. Instead we really took the chance to use (almost) everything this place had to offer. We only stayed for one night. Too bad!

The food was amazing the coffee bar opens at 7:00am. it should open a bit earlier. I was waiting to have a coffee as well as other people.

Breakfast was good. Free drinks. Nice lounge area. The water at the spa was timed, it was quite unpleasant that we had to trigger the water every minute. Plus, no towel was provided in the spa. The lighting in the room was cold and harsh.

Resoft is very nice and new, the Onsen is very beautiful and clean, they have free 20 more kinds drnks include alcohol for you. They also provide free massage machines with others equipment you can take the more time enjoy. my roon is biger and clean, balcony vivew is beautiful. This place when night time a lot bugs and mosquitos, if you keep the balcony door open the roon will flying in a lot bugs and mosquitos. The aircontion is independence in roon when i closed the balcony in the night on the aircontion the nightmare become, the aircontion have come out very bad smelly like old man dead baby smell....... i have no choice need trun off the aircontion. open the balcony door all night long let the mosquitos bites..... night time didn't staffs works on there, can't get any help...
