It was spacious and comfortable. It was loud outside. There was light pollution in the room (lots of gadgets with lights)

The elevator is small and you have to manage few narrow stairs both ground floor but top floor

We wanted to explore more and arrived early. We left our luggage at the reception/office. The staff even help to move our luggage to the place we booked. By the way they manage a few room types at different locations if this is helpful for others.

This is one of the best hotel stays I've ever had. Convenient location, friendly staff. Luxury but homey feel. The projector and sound system is the highlight here for me. It's very accomodating to enjoy steeping the tea you would buy in the area. Literally a 1 minute walk away, there's a konbini open 24 hours, and a Gusto cafe with decent karaage. The cafe honestly is better than most hotel breakfasts, with free Wi-Fi. And the reception desk is basically connected to the train station. I stayed in Seed Haus 301 and it's perfect for one person. I'm honestly considering booking an extended stay there in the near future, in one of the bigger rooms which I'm sure are even more impressive. I love Shizuoka. Sure, it's not some over the top fancy lobby like some 5 star hotel, but in terms of practicality it cannot get any better than this. Seriously, incredible place to stay. I wish more hotels like this existed. Daisuki! The shower/bath could smell just a little, presumably from the floor drain and ventilation, but that can't be helped. The smell goes away once you're actually in there showering, and it's a clean, luxurious bathroom nonetheless.

Noise from club/bar patrons on the streets is very loud from sunset to sunrise and you hear everything even with doors and windows shut. Bring your earplugs.

We had a great stay, everything was clean and comfortable. We didn't realize the actual location of our place does not match the location shown in Google maps. It ended up being a 7 min walk away. Not a big deal at the end of the day but we were not expecting all of their "rooms" are spread out across the city. Our place was located in-between storefronts so it was a bit odd to have it so close to the street.

The room is very big, the bathroom and bath were amazing. My children loved the mini golf in the room and the projector. More info about the check in and how to reach the property from the train station underground would be very helpful prior checking in.

The room was a beautiful surprise for us, as it's even nicer to see in person than the pictures. It was nicely designed and spacious. The room we got had both regular beds and tatami beds, and both were very comfortable. Even the coffee and tea they provided in the room were good quality ones. I love the concrete walls and the modern industrial clean interior design of the room. The location was also very convenient. The only thing we wish they could improve on is the slippery bath tub. This room had a small bathroom and the person would have the shower in the bath tub, however the bath tub was super slippery yet there was no grab bar at all, which was quite dangerous.

Worst experience ever, didn't expect this in Japan. Folks the official hotel address, the convenient central to everything location is an office for check in only!! Once check in, the staff will inform you the actual place to stay was few blocks 5-10min walks away. We were lucky to have a rented car. Would be a nightmare if we had an elderly or baby, and many luggages to carry .... We were 2 families travelling together and we were assigned to stay at 2 different locations, 10min drive away!! All the plans for our kids to stay up late to shop (Don Quijote) and supper at Ichiran Ramen were ruined. Super disappointed. Fake location

The room was gigantic and well organized. I loved it and I will recommend it for a family. Nothing!

Did not like walking up several steps to get to a very small level elevator.

Excellent layout, central location. There were two separate toilets, one separate bathroom and one separate shower and bath combined. The kids loves the projector on the wall. Easy to walk to from Shizuoka Station. There was a leak from the ceiling just above the step to the kitchen area which needs attention. The lack of elevator meant that we had to carry our luggage up a few flights of stairs. However, this was already made clear from the description of the hotel. I think that this would be challenging for elderly travellers.

The location is very wonderful. So comfortable! The toilet has cigarette smell.
