The location is easy to find and convenient in the city center. There are also many parking lots nearby. I like the room has more space than other hotel rooms in Japan. I spent only one night as a transit between my journey from Shizuoka airport to Lake Yamanakako so I didn’t get to experience any facility. It could have more light in the room. The breakfast was very good with local cuisines and ingredients. The location is excellent, just a short underground walk from the JR station. There are many shops and restaurants around. Hotel staff is helpful and professional. Room clean and relatively large. Highly recommended. Nothing. Will stay here again next time in Shizuoka. The reception is on the top floor - but there is nothing I didn't like.

Breakfast was extensive and fresh and great. The room was comfortable in every way. Great shower. The wifi worked great as well. Nothing in particular, though in the room I had there was no USB hub for charging. Plenty of plug sockets though.

Hotel is newly renovated and just a very short walk from the train station. The windows could not be opened. The air condition didn't work properly. Thus, I had a very sweaty night because the room was too warm.

It's a nice place for the value, I booked a comfort room and had plenty of space! It's a very convenient location (although I didn't realize it was in such a nightlife area - it wasn't loud, though). The bathrooms were nice, breakfast was pretty good, and the front desk staff were friendly. It wasn't as clean as I expected - the room was pretty dusty and there were some stains on the bedding - so I felt a little ill at ease. I don't know if I'd stay there again since there are other similarly-priced options.

Great location in the city, easy check in and staff was friendly. Room as expected was small and cozy. It had everything you would need for a short stay. Zero complaints, would stay again! Kind of odd, but the check in is not where you arrive in the property you must take elevator up.
