awesome breakfast, good location, helpful staff There was smell in the bathroom, I guess it's due to moisture shower curtain. No mold or others. The room was clean, and funny that there was a 'human laydown shape' on the tidied bed. I booked the room for 2 people, but there was only one set of everything. I called the staff and they brought the other set to me within 2 mins. The staff there were helpful and lovely, and their English language were fair.

It's close to subway/trains, restaurants, and shopping areas. The building itself is old, and so are the rooms. The room is small, but it's clean. There is a free breakfast buffet, but it has limited choices. The shower heater works well. Overall the Nakajimaya is a good place to stay. Will stay again if I need a place to stay short and sleep.

Good location, nearby train station, shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean, however no cleaning activities during our short stay. Change of towels on request. Just a few people understands English.

Dated hotel. One of the rooms smelled a bit funny. Could use some new upgrades. Hallway had no air conditioning.

Parking facility: I made a reservation here based on the fact that it had a parking facility. Come to find out that the facility isn't for hotel guests and the nearest parking spot the hotel recommends is a 5 minute walk. Maybe don't advertise that the hotel has a parking facility if guests aren't going to be allowed to use it. Maybe offer a parking voucher for the recommended parking area. I'm sure most people are not expecting to pay an extra ¥5000 a night for parking. Especially since there's really no way to offload your luggage unless you park on the side of the property which, again, is not expressly stated.

The staff is the best. The location is perfect bacause it's near Donki and Nanaya Icecream. There is Yoshinoya, Starbuck,Tully coffee and family mart around the hotel.

Location is very good, you can walk from the station under ground in case it rains. Breakfast is very good, Japanese food, salad bar, various drinks, fruit, western breakfast choices. Actually the breakfast is served in the restaurant downstairs. Staff is very friendly and helpful especially at breakfast. Bathroom needs some renovation.

Hotel close to the station, shopping and nightlife area. easy to get around and a restaurant under the hotel. Good room with a big bath. Nothing outside my expectations. Everything was fine. The people at the reception spoke little English but that is easy to get around.
