The pillows were uncomfortable to sleep on, but all in all very good

Nice place in Thethi. You have to walk a little 5 minutes in the hill but easily done. The room was clean, spacious, clean sheets and towels. Keep in mind that the area has issues with electricity sometimes, but that is not the problem of the property. .

Amazing and epic building with a surrounding yard facing the mountains. The view is impeccable from this hotel, it is having an excellent location in the center but at the same time in a calm area just you have to walk from reception for 5 minutes to reach. The room is super clean and comfortable. You can take the best photos ever in the yard which I enjoyed a lot. Sometimes no personnel around just in the cafe which is 5 min walk.

Mengjesi is 5 euro per person djath bio qumesht caj uje i ftoht i burimit i prones mjalt qe ne pak hotele e gjen me ate cmim recel petulla te bera ne çast. Mbi te gjitha nje grua mendojn se ishte pronarja sapo erdhi ne restorant me nje kerkesen time la cdo pune edhe ndezi oxhakun e restorantit . Ju rekomandoj 100 % Ata u treguan shum shum shum bujar me ne sepse nje shoku tone prishi dicka ne tualet ne ishim FAJTOR ata nuk pranuan lek per ate cfar prishem u interesuan per shendetin e shokut tone . Ju uroj suksese ne vazhdimsi ne bisnesin tuaj . Une do kthehem perseri ????

beautiful location, nice views , like that it’s set back from the road but still accessible. breakfast was supposedly included in the price on booking but we arrived for breakfast and they asked to charge us €5 each for breakfast. pretty unusual as everywhere in Albania has breakfast included. also power was off intermittently in whole of theth but place was still warm so wasn’t too much of an issue.

Clean and comfortable room. In a beautiful setting with a small vineyard there. Note the main check in/ breakfast area is about 3-4 mins walk down the hill, not really an issue. Staff very friendly. Tasty big breakfast. Unfortunately we had torrential rain during our stay and a mid shin high river formed on the route between the bar and the accommodation. The only alternative was 2 steel beams to the side as a 'bridge' but not ideal in the dark with suitcases/ heavy rucksacks etc. Rain was not the fault of the guesthouse of course but might be worth investing in something a little safer to cross in these rainy times! Otherwise all was perfect thanks!

Excellent location set back on the hill, close to the center but quiet. Lack of screen or curtain in bathroom caused that the entire bathroom was flooded after the shower. Broken light in the bathroom. Lack of kettle to boil the water for tea/coffee.

Electricity was on and off the evening we arrived, and the Wifi was working maybe half the time at most. I'm betting hese are probably more of an "Albania" or "Theth" problem than a problem with this particular property however. Also make sure you bring cash to pay for your stay - this was a bit of a surprise for us and we had to scramble amongst us to come up with enough.
