The rooms are always clean, the staff are always super nice to me and every time I come to visit this is my number one hotel I choose. I love that they have a casino as well. Thank you for everything!

This was the first bad experience I have had at Sam's town (now Bally's). It will really make me second guess where I will stay and gamble now.

The rooms were very clean. When I arrived the ac wasn't working. I called the front desk and a maintenance man was at my room in minutes. The AC was fixed and I had a lovely stay.

Children are not allowed in pool and parking was across the street, other than that, loved our stay. Stay was so helpful and rooms were spacious and comfortable.

THEY BASICALLY STOLE 140$ FROM ME. I WONT GO INTO DETAIL ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE THAT DIDNT EVEN, BUT THE PERSONAL WAS RUDE. THEY WERE SELFISH. I NEED

We went without a TV for three or four hours before we could even settle into the room, we decided to leave to get maintenance time to get in and it took forever. The showerhead was loose, and I personally tightened it up with my hands the best I could to take a shower. I would like to say something good but this is what I experienced with my stay!
