Sleep Inn & Suites Shreveport West

It was just what I needed. Currently using a walking device, so she made sure my room was accommodated and check in was very quick.

Great Stay

Nothing my desk chair was covered on feces

The hotel does not accept pets. The front desk girl did not greet me when I entered. She was rude.

The Sleep Inn was conveniently located and easy to get to. We had no issues whatsoever. We would gladly stay there again and recommend it to everyone.

The staff was great! The indoor pool is older but was clean. The hot breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. The only issue is the deposit of $150 for booking through a 3rd party.

The rooms were clean but they do need to put new carpet in rooms breakfast was good but just not enough hot choices during the week stay. Staff was help full and kind. The vending machines were a little expensive but over all we had a great stay

Did see a roach but room was clean otherwise , staff for breakfast was excellent my authorization fee was doubled but refunded

Everything was great spectacular awesome I just fell in love with the jacuzzi suite

Upon check-in Monday, the lights went out. No air, no TV and no hot water. Had to take a cold shower Monday night and Tuesday morning. Lights came on about 10:30 Tuesday morning, but still no access to TV. Checked out around 10 Wednesday morning and still no TV. This was the worst mini vacation I ever took. I never want to experience that again.

This place is great. Very clean, staff is great. Love the quietness and safe feeling. Beds are comfortable.
