It was great

The room was fairly clean and the beds adequate for the price it was a decent stay. The neighborhood may not be for everyone.

. There are some issues that need attention. Mold on the ceilings and cigarette burns in a non smoking room. Rust in the burners. Also police showed up 3 times in the less than 24 hours we were there. Our microwave didn’t work so staff just unlocked an empty room for us to use that microwave, but the empty room was crawling with roaches even though staff explained that Orkin had just came and sprayed. Staff was very friendly, but some attention to cleanliness could be better.

They have a security deposit but it’s not add in when booking online through different app

Billy went above and beyond addressing the issue I had with my original room. He really did make my stay inviting and welcoming. I stayed on the top floor which was a beautiful view in my opinion. However getting to the floor the elevator was slow. I don’t really know what could’ve been done but that was a bit of an issue.

Don’t stay in this hotel service is bad and the area as well is not clean at all the rooms and the property don’t. Believe the picture believe the reviews if I knew it was like this i wouldn’t have waist my money at all there advertising is a lie don’t believe it

Billy was extremely helpful hotel was secure inside and outside the whole staff are wonderful

When checking in I was informed they didn’t have towels and I would get a discount on my bill due to that. Then was charged an extra $10 cleaning fee. Once in the room we noticed the sink was leaking into a bucket full of stagnant water under it, the microwave was broken as was the stove burners. There was a broken plug in on the wall with the covers just laying on the floor. Also, there were cockroaches running around the room. We left. I requested a partial refund for the next day we had booked, since they couldn’t rent the room that day and I understood that but had paid for two nights. They refunded me $12.

The roaches was bad but other than that I loved the hotel I would stay again
