The staff were super nice and helpful It’s in a rough neighborhood, wasn’t too bad, but it is rough.

I loved the customer service from the young man Mr Smith I think that’s his name. The towels in my bathroom were dirty and the air conditioner was leaking so my room floor was really wet.

Well the Wi-Fi didn't work it kept jumping off and then they tried to say that we didn't pay for an extra person when we did it was all on booking but the stuff at the front desk handled it then the couple next door to my room was up all night cussing and fighting each other slamming doors in and out all night until early morning so we didn't get any sleep I was surprised the police didn't show up with all that domestic violence and slamming doors loud very loud so it wasn't a good stay

I was charged for a room i never stayed in or booked neva booked and i stayed in and never received my refund

There was hair in the bathtub, hair in the sink, the quilt had something on it i didn't know what it was and the sheet had a stain on it. The staff was awesome, friendly, helpful.

I was needing a room sat morning at 2:45 am, and when you’re to book at this time they don’t show the time you need. And you book for checking in at sat afternoon, which you not needing it at that time you needing it for more or less Friday nite. And they don’t offer a refund to you for this mistake. The clerk working said at 7 am for extra 20 he could offer me a room til checkout time if any was available at the time. I know it’s my own mistake but they don’t show the check-in time until you have already paid so to me they are just scamming people
