Excellent location. Clean room.

Apt Clean, high ceilings. Good lighting. Nespresso coffee pot with coffee included and hot water kettle. It was nice that 4 bottles of water were on the table. Had a refrigerator but it didn’t appear to work. Windows open for a nice breeze Code key to get in the front door and in the room so no lobby attendant available. Need the key card in slot for electricity to work. Refrigerator didn’t seem to work. Strong perfume smell in the hallways. No elevator.

Rooms were nicely furnished. Location. Rooms are very small. Rooms facing the street get quite a bit of traffic noise
-
good value for money, parking is on the main street
-
Great location just by the main restaurant and shopping street. The room was very small with minimal shelf space. There is no elevator so luggage needed to be carried up three floors.
-
Hotel is on the third floor without an elevator. Not suitable for people traveling with luggage and adults. It is worth updating this in the hotel description.

Great location, perfect place to stay for short term.

Had a few parking places and the room was clean. And had a kettle. No fridge, which if there is no breakfast offered, we might have wanted to buy something and store it in the fridge. I am pregnant and could barely fit inti the shower with my (still kinda small) belly. There was also no hot water for us, so we showered with cold. Also no elevator, so carrying the bags to third floor was an excercise. The room was very noisy from the street.

It was clean and modern with good lighting and big windows that you could open. The room was quite small with no proper space for any luggage. Also no table or chair. Although I was notified that you entered from the rear of the property I think a sign indicating hotel entrance would be useful on the street. I arrived at check in time but my code didn’t let me in because the system had failed. The failed access was announced by an electronic voice but only in Lithuanian which was not helpful as I did not understand it. Luckily the business downstairs was open and the man kindly let me wait in his shoe mending premises and phoned the hotel lady. She came and let me into the corridor and my room 10 minutes later. She then discovered another issue, this time with battery on my door lock which was replaced by someone within 10 minutes. The hotel lady was very helpful and arranged to have someone there to make sure I could gain entry when I returned to stay another night several days later. There is no breakfast offered at the hotel which I knew. As I was catching a train at 7.40 the following morning the lady took the trouble to find a cafe that opened at 7 am just around the corner. (9 am Saturdays) She even offered to bring me a coffee herself which I declined ( no coffee in the rooms only tea). My cell phone was unable to access the number which the hotel SMS gave for help, however a message did get through via Booking.com. An intercom system with direct access to a real person would have been preferable to the hi tech system - especially for a foreign visitor. And especially if it had been later in the day and the business in the basement had been closed.
