Staff was not so friendly and spa was full of kids and extremely noisy

Great location, good breakfast, friendly staff. Nice view through the windows - park side. Limited parking, but free (on weekends) parking nearby.

A very comfortable stay with a welcoming reception. There is no elevator, so make sure to bring only what you need for the stay.

This was simply a stopover during a road trip - chosen for price vs. rating. Room was clean and comfortable. Cooked to order breakfast, as well as a small buffet of cold items and toast, was quite good. Parking is out front. I enjoy walking, and the pedestrian street, with many restaurants, was a 15 minute walk. 24/7 coffee/tea service in the lobby. Reasonably priced beer also. Why an 8? The check-in experience was indifferent. I think there is some information that he should have provided at check-in, i.e. if you'd like to use the sauna or hot tub, stop here first so that I can turn everything on including the lights. The hotel's IT does not transfer data from booking, so I had to handwrite a registration form - time consuming and should be unnecessary with today's IT. Also, I purposefully booked a double room - which I got in terms of the bed, but it was clearly set up for one person, i.e. only 1/2 the bed had a duvet. Finally, the bathroom has no place to place my dopp kit - a bit surprising due to the size of the bathroom and the opportunity to provide shelving. Note that the room was extremely warm, even with the window cracked, but the thermostats are locked. And this did not detract from my rating, but this would be a difficult property for the mobility challenged, including climbing the stairs from parking to the lobby.

I really enjoyed staying overnight at this hotel.. It really was perfect in every way. Reception staff very friendly and helpful the hotel is a 10 minutes walk from the walking street where cafes and restaurants are and the most strikingly it was super clean and comfortable... I would like to return someday and stay here longer. I had to catch a train to my next destination early in the morning hence missed breakfast but it looked like it was going to be great from the setup. To the management of this hotel Bravo keep doing what you're doing.

Restaurants a bit far for walking distance alone

Perfect place - smaller hotel in a quiet location. Clean room, comfortable bed. In addition they offered delicious breakfast and SPA was specially prepared for us - it is just a sauna and jaccuuzi but is a great addition for that price! Highly recommended, especially if you are on a roadtrip and need a refreshing stop. Parking places were full as we arrived late, but we found free options near-by. In the morning re-parked in front of the hotel until checkout.

Good location, near the park, city center is 10 min walk. Clean and cosy room.

The hotel was wonderful - you have the toiletries, wonderful shower, comfortable beds, OUTSTANDING breakfast and the hotel was easily reachable. There is also spa facilities (which we unfortunately didn't have the time to try out) and a pool table. It was meant to be an overnight stay and as we were there, we thought we would like to stay longer. Next time :)

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Everything was super clean. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, they even had free buns and fruits to grab in the evening, also small useful kits in the bathroom.

No lift

you have to fill in registration documents for every guest, not only the main guest. It took time. Normally it is enough to have the details of the person who has booked it.

Wonderful location next to a beautiful green space. Tasty breakfast and coffee machine available anytime. Comfortable and spacious room with a nice robe and slippers. What’s not to love !
