No 1. Facilities quite run down and not well maintained. Surroundings are quite run down as well. 2. Hotel room is quite dim 3. Only provided 2 small bottles of water per day for a total of 2 persons. And claimed that only 2 bottles will be supplied per day 4. Clogging issue at the toilet, reported but not fixed.

Facility good Cleanliness okay Thank you for accomodating a slightly late checkout due to attending conference at the hotel. Mattress and pillow is not good. Woke up with neck and back pain

The accommodation system should be upgraded. At check-in, a deposit and Malaysian tourism tax were collected, and it was explained that the deposit would be refunded at check-out. However, during the actual check-out, only the difference between the deposit and tourism tax was refunded. Doesn't the system record how much money was collected and how much should be refunded? After raising this issue, they only said that the manager would reply by email. I waited an entire day without receiving any message, which falls short of what's expected from a hotel of this standard.

The breakfast buffet does not have varieties. I expect more but a bit disappoint with the menus. Please improve on the menus.

Location is good. Breakfast is good but if there are more choices it would be better. Everything is fine except the bathtub drainage. The drainage pipe needs a thorough cleaning.

Room the bathing space part water is stuffed like a lake after have a shower and have to wait for so long to let another person to take shower. Breakfast The quality of food is totally disappointing. View Just enjoy the view with dirty mirror. The receptionist is unfriendly when checking time and checkout time. They are not good in language. The lift have a bad smell, we could not stand inside. We took four rooms for 3 days 3 nights , all of the rooms have problem. have to improve the room brightness, its so dark and its difficult to find something at night for an emergency purpose.

Good location, big room. Noisy at night. There was a club which played loud banging music until 3am. The shower floor had a big brown stain. Room was not soundproof, can hear everything happening in the hallway.

I like that our rooms 1240 & 1241 at Tower B has standing shower suitable for my mother in law who is disable. Wheel chair accessible at lobby entrance. Room has a large window overlooking the Rajang River and town below. Has sofa chair to relax by the window. Writing table and chair. Notepad and pens. Room service food is good. Good selection at breakfast. Clean. Staffs are helpful. Stayed for 4 days and 3 nights on the 26th - 29th Feb 2025. Our rooms have 2 single beds each. All beds have sunken mattresses. It hurt our backs. The sofa chair is also sunken. On the last day. A male staff said that our room number is not on his list for breakfast. Nonsense. He let us in anyway.
