Samanvaya - Adults Only

Gorgeous property! Stunning location, amazing food and wonderful caring staff. We felt very taken care of at Samanvaya, hands down a luxury resort with that special Bali warmth that makes you never want to leave!

I stayed in the Mandala villa for three days in June. The place has surreal views, especially at sunset. Super friendly and helpful staff and delicious food at both restaurants. I did their two hour rice field trekking experience which was both beautiful and adventurous. If you’re fit, love hikes and have quality hiking shoes - it’s great and I’d recommend it. The river crossing, narrow pathways and jungle walks are fun but do need focus and a few deep breaths. The gift shop across was nice for shopping in that area. Citrus and Vine is also the cutest cafe with great outdoor seating area.

What a gem of a place. One of our favorites in the various places we stayed around Indonesia. Beautiful property overlooking rice fields in Sidemen with excellent restaurants. Nitpicking, but the quality of the included breakfast didn't match the quality of the food at the restaurants and cafe during other times when we payed for it. Plenty of food though.

This was our second stay at Samanvaya, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The service is impeccable and genuinely warm, the villas and surroundings are beautiful, and the overall experience is deeply relaxing.

Beautiful -we stayed in Mulia 1 - villa with pool overlooking the valley and river. Very well designed and done up with beautifully curated interiors - makes for a very relaxing and luxe stay. Everything was top notch - from their staff to their spa and restaurant. What we really liked was how much thought had gone into every space - the villa for instance was designed to offer so many experiences - jacuzzi bath tub, an out door bath in the garden, a pool, indoor and outdoor eating areas, a day bed looking out onto the mountains, a reading bench in the garden overlooking the river - one was spoilt for choice. The spa , Ananda, was excellent - beautifully appointed, excellent service and experienced masseuse. Highly recommend this property and will definitely go back. All good

Every single thing about this resort was dreamy!!! It was so extraordinary on every level, we did not want to leave. The views are exceptional, the staff so generous with their smiles and time, the rooms are like walking in to an art gallery. The detail to design just melted us!!! This is a 10 out of 10 experience!! Even breakfast is a beautiful experience ? We loooooved everything!!!

Staff was amazing! They were all so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Slightly noisy neighbors who were up late!

The Spa was epic Thought the hotel restaurant was ok but not the hype I was expecting

Nice place, friendly staff, good food The only things we didn’t like was that when we were checking out they said that one of the bug spray was missing. The spray was not in the room when we had checked in initially. We didn’t know that we have to count how many do we have at the beginning.

Setting, styling, many pools, dining. nothing

We loved EVERYTHING about our stay here. We didn’t want to leave! From the extremely kind and helpful staff (absolutely top-notch; everyone made us feel welcome), to the amazing food (incredible; we tried every restaurant), to the beautiful views and facilities (stunning), to the peaceful and serene spa (relaxing massages and sauna). Everything and everyone went above and beyond! Thank you! Nothing. It was, honestly, the perfect place and the perfect stay. One of the best we’ve ever experienced!

I had the best food in Indonesia at their on-site restaurant, Asri. Simply amazing! The area is not touristy and a moto ride with guide is great fun. I loved this hotel, but it was quite expensive, especially considering this is Indonesia.

The property was absolutely stunning. The weather was nice and then it stormed after I left thank God it was a beautiful experience. The pool is the restaurant the background, the design well appointed room. It was absolutely perfect.

Beautiful location. Good service though some rough edges given newly opened faciliies. Good spa. Private swim pools wonderful Breakfast offerings very good. 50% of housing accessible by tram, (others require navigating pathways and stairs) Hotel sponsored experiences sub par New restaurant dinner offerings need improvement Lots of sloping surfaces which can be very slippery... No hand rails
