Location 1. Air con. The room was hot, Air con was not functioning well. I had to wait 3hrs to get the temperature cool down. 2. Shuttle bus. Asked us to arrive 10mins prior, while the driver was late for 5mins. In the end, we set off 10mins late. 3. SPA. Bad quality. 4. Mosquitoes. There were quite a lot in the Lobby and even in SPA room!

Staff very helpful, even just trainees they gladly want to help. Feel welcome! Hotel is great but the air condition is not. Feel hot inside room and lobby. While waiting for our transport we got drench in sweat. Heard that the city under sace electricity campaign.

Close to a lot of local warungs. The free shuttle to Surabaya airport was convenient. The receptionist couldn't find our reservation, which was made and paid through booking.com and decided to make it our problem. Instead of reporting and resolving the issue quietly, he asked us to call booking.com, although the mistake was on their side. I expected more capability (to do a seemingly simple job) and professionalism from a 4 star hotel. Especially when they had available rooms and the payment was already made.

i dont like everything. on the night. there was sound of dangdutan in my room. turns out there was truck park beside our hotel they used like mega super big speaker for dangdutan all over the night. i thought may be it would stop at 00.00 but no. the sound of dangdutan still until dawn. Great location & restaurant had good food AC was slow to cool, no soap at bathroom sink - had to go in shower and use body wash fixed to wall, bathroom door hits toilet and makes it hard for two people to be in bathroom Table next to bed was dirt and had drink cup ring Toast machine broken, have to stick your hand in and flip manually and only metal tools provided which is really dangerous. Should’ve at least had wood or plastic tongs to go in the burning machine! Also no butter out - had to ask and wait while
