It's near airport They do not replies to booking.com's message for question enquiry. Airport shuttle is charged separately and it cost 4 times of gocar (indonesian's equivalent of uber ride-hailing services) The room I was on was a little bit old / not diligently maintained.

The breakfast was great and starts at 0600hrs.the local made wine(non alcohol that can be purchase at the check in counter and taste great kept me warm all night long . We had to bring up and down to the room our own luggage . The security didn’t help to stop the traffic when we were exiting from hotel at 0700hrs as we had to wait for a long time to exit out - hope this 2 issue can be solved .

A last minute booking due to its proximity to the SUB airport, this hotel exceeded our expectations! We liked the comfortable room, good shower, and an extensive breakfast buffet

There were no air-conditioner in the lobby. The room is clean but a little bit old. I travelled with a group. Some room smells so bad. In the room I stayed the air-conditioner is so loud and almost broken and I felt there were a lot of humidity.

the location the room was so dusty everywhere even in the bed. The bedsheets weren't clean. I saw a dead small cockroach, and small leftovers on the floor.
