we liked the stay very much, would book it again! everyone was nice and kind, all was clean and the pool area very comfy. just that the lights in our room were a bit broken and they were making a bit of light even when turned off. I wanted to say it at the reception before we left, but I have forgotten. It was a room number B6.

It was good place to stay in with a nice atmosphere however in the first day we were downgraded to a room with no windows we booked with the balcony however they did provide us form next day the same we booked ! Nice atmosphere combined with the nature and nice staff ! Reasonable breakfast! I can say it’s a value for money! Bedsheet are too old! Windows are wide and visible from outside ! Less privacy with good sunlight !

The view from my balcony. The bathroom. It can be 1) better designed; 2) have a shower curtain to prevent the whole bathroom from getting wet; and 3) have better water pressure. It fact, the bathroom should be renovated.

Restaurant staff were kind, pleasant, and welcoming. Water refill is nice to have. Food was decent and refrigerator worked well Front desk reception was not very informative. I had asked about the 15% discount on food and drinks included with my third party booking online day before I check out. Upon checking out my Restaurant tab did not have any discounts. When I ask why it took almost 45mins to adjust the charges and pay. Night reception guy was outright rude the first morning I asked him 2 simple questions. Room needed simple maintenance and looks to be neglected. Poor linens, cheap fixtures, no lamp near wardrobe/desk. Located on a dirt potholes ally. Never return there. So many better value choice in Siem Reap

Best for budget trip. The location is quite in the quiet place and the road to the hotel is not yet fully constructed.

The staff is AMAZING, Bunthoeun- the receptionist was extremely helpful and professional when I asked for things. The place is clean and very chill with a good swimming pool 1. The Location is really bad, it’s on a country road 20 mint walk from any shops and the town center. It really is a bummer UNLESS you want to rent a bike/tuktuk for every single errand or you want somewhere secluded. 2. Wifi is really bad, I had no wifi in my room & had to use all my roaming data 3. The hot water in the shower is so weak 4. Food is quite expensive I had to cancel my booking two nights earlier & move to another place because of the location & the wifi
