Beautiful setting, friendly staffs.

It is a lovely setting around a gorgeous pool and the staff were very helpful and polite Our first room door was wide open when we checked in and the room was full of mosquitos and the roof shaft in the bathroom was left open. The staff moved us the following day and things were much better.

Stunning little boutique hotel 15 min walk from pub street but a quiet little oasis staff were exceptional as was the food and drink in the restaurant loved it so much we extended our stay. Will be back next year Nothing

Location of the hotel is perfect to get to lots of places within walking distance. The atmosphere at the hotel is lovely and chilled and the smell in the bedrooms is so nice! The breakfast box we got for Angkor Wat was not great, and our friend who had breakfast with her room did not enjoy the breakfast in the hotel. The massage room needs some TLC. There is mould patches on the ceiling, and it is only used when you book a massage, so had mosquitos.

I liked almost everything. Wifi was fast enough, breakfast was good, pool was wonderful, was not noisy, not many mosquitos, short walk to grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, river area. Staff was always smiling and we felt welcome and desired. Hard mattress, hot food in breakfast buffet wasn't hot. A small table on the balcony would have been nice.

We needed hotel for 1 night and that had places, So we took for 1 night. And after 3 nights elsewhere (what I had booked earlier and could not cancel) we came back for 1 more night, That says it all. Clean large pool. Green garden. Helpful and smiley staff. Large rooms. Good breakfast. Banquette was mmmmm! Close to the city center. Really just a small walk to old market and pub street! Lot of cafeterias, shops, restaurants right in same street. If we go back one day, we go there again. I booked "POOL VIEW" rooms, but each time we got at least 1 room with "WALL VIEW", which is not an official selection in a price list. You should offer wall view rooms with cheaper price, maybe some people don't mind. But if I order POOL VIEW, I want to see a POOL, not WALL

The location and the overall landscape is wonderful. The light in the terrace were not working, so we couldn't enjoy hanging out there.

Lovely hotel in Siem Reap city center. It is 10 minutes walk from Pub Street. We stayed here 8 years ago. Hotel still offer high level of service. Rooms are spacious and clean, pool area is beautiful, stuff was very polite and helpful. There is a shop right accross the hotel. A lot of restaurants and bars are nearby. Probably the best budget option in Siem Reap with great quality/price ratio. Highly recommended!

Love the pool and.friendly & relaxed "vibe". Our group had 3 rooms & all rooms were spacious & clean. Location is great! Lots of places to eat around the hotel, and a short walk into the centre. Nothing we didn't like!

In fact reviewing the sister hotel La Residence Watbo as we were rearranged to this hotel, which did not disappoint. The personnel there were all so super nice and helpful in all aspects. Very caring and helpful when our daughter fell ill, and my husband borrowed the manager’s bike several times. Just a few examples, which could continue. The place is just wonderful with the lush vegetation and in French colonial style. The beauty of this place is not fully captured on the images shown on Booking. Also perfectly situated in a quiet area and in short walking distance from the center.

We LOVED this spot. Our kids were obsessed with the pool and the ability to order western food at the restaurant and “put it on our room”. I loved grabbing my coffee at the breakfast buffet and enjoying it poolside with a book before my family was ready to eat. All the rooms face the pool it seems and exit directly to the pool pathway (unless you’re on the second floor) and the restaurant is just on the other side of the pool. Very close and small enough. It’s in a great location also with so many great places to eat within walking distance and the Angkor Wat temple complex is only 20 minutes or so away. Wonderfully friendly staff.

Rustic, old charm kinda place:) Grey walls in the washroom..might need a refresh. Otherwise everything is functional and comfortable.

The pool area is amazing! Lush greenery & very serene. It never seemed to be overly crowded. The location! 10 minutes walk to the centre. Ubuntu bar across the road do amazing cocktails! The TV didn't work, but that didn't matter. We had a few cold showers - maybe it was peak time?
